Alongside our work in leadership hiring, we coach at the deepest level of performance, using Intuitive Psychology® as the foundation of our method. Our founder, Matthew Goddard, is a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach trained to one of the highest levels in the coaching industry, holding an advanced diploma accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC). This training is designed specifically for coaches who work with real psychological rigour, beneath behaviour, beneath mindset, into the structures that actually drive change.
